Dental Office Disinfection in Miami — the Layer Your Patients Cannot See.

Hospital-grade hydrogen peroxide micro-nebulization for dental practices across Miami-Dade and Broward. Designed for aerosol-generating procedures, calibrated for OSHA bloodborne pathogen compliance, and verified with ATP bioluminescence and, for surgical suites and immunocompromised-patient specialty areas, RODAC microbiological contact cultures — the auditable standards hospital infection-prevention committees use.

The short versionEvery dental procedure generates a bioaerosol that standard surface wiping cannot reach. We deliver the hospital-grade disinfection standard via hydrogen peroxide micro-nebulization — the dry H₂O₂ micro-mist reaches ceilings, ductwork, cabinet interiors and the surfaces patients touch but no one cleans. ATP testing before and after the cycle gives you auditable proof — with RODAC microbiological cultures available for surgical operatories and specialty practices serving immunocompromised patients. Documentation goes straight into your OSHA exposure control plan. Operations conducted under the federal authorization of Amil Care Corp USA.

The dental operatory is an aerosol environment

A working dental chair runs an instrument list that aerosolizes saliva, blood and microorganisms by design. The high-speed handpiece spinning at 400,000 rpm with water spray. The ultrasonic scaler vibrating at 25-40 kHz. The air-water syringe. Each generates a plume of droplets in the 0.5-50 micron range that travels meters from the source, settles slowly, and lands on surfaces no one cleans: ceiling tiles, the back of the dental light, the underside of the bracket tray, the top of cabinets, ductwork registers and computer keyboards two operatories away.

Studies in The Journal of the American Dental Association and Journal of Dental Research have repeatedly measured viable microbial counts on operatory surfaces hours after the last patient — counts that surface wiping with a disinfectant towelette does not affect because the wipe never reaches those surfaces. The issue is not whether dental staff are cleaning. The issue is what conventional cleaning cannot reach.

Dry H₂O₂ micro-nebulization reaches the same places the aerosol reached. That is the simplest way to describe what we do.

What the dental protocol includes

Medibios H2O2 system in clinical environment — hospital-grade disinfection technology
The Medibios H₂O₂ micro-nebulization system in a clinical OR setting. The same FDA-registered technology calibrated for dental operatories. Documented deployment, Dominican Republic, 2019.
01

Practice Walk-Through

30-minute visit with the practice owner or hygienist lead. We map operatories, the sterilization area, lab, X-ray room, restroom and waiting area. We review your current exposure control plan, your CDC infection-prevention checklist, and your accreditation status (state of Florida dental board, AAAHC if applicable).

02

Calibrated Cycle Design

Each operatory receives an independently calibrated micronebulization cycle. The sterilization area gets a separate, more intensive cycle. Air-handling registers are treated in a dedicated step. Sequence is designed so the entire practice is treated and dry within 4-6 hours of the patient list closing.

03

Pre-Cycle Surface Hygiene Baseline

We swab 8-12 critical surfaces — dental chair handles, light handle, bracket tray, sink faucet, sterilization counter, x-ray sensor, reception keyboard, restroom door handle — with a 3M Clean-Trace luminometer. The pre-cycle RLU reading establishes the baseline.

04

H₂O₂ Micro-Nebulization

The Medibios system disperses a calibrated mist of CE Class IIa · FDA-listed Evolyse Strong hydrogen peroxide. Micro-droplets remain suspended long enough to reach every surface — including the ones aerosols reached — then break down into water and oxygen. Dental electronics, leather upholstery, X-ray sensors and computer equipment are materials-compatible at this concentration and dwell time.

05

Post-Cycle Verification & Documentation

The same surfaces are re-swabbed with 3M Clean-Trace (target RLU <10). For surgical operatories and practices serving immunocompromised patients, RODAC contact plate cultures provide microbiological confirmation. Any surface that fails is re-treated immediately. All readings are logged and included in the compliance dossier.

06

OSHA-Ready Documentation

You receive a one-page compliance certificate suitable for the patient-safety binder, plus the underlying dossier: lot numbers, FDA registration references, ATP readings (and RODAC culture results where applicable), cycle parameters, operator signature and timestamped log. For healthcare facilities, Amil Care Corp USA issues a formal FDA-valid Disinfection Certificate on Blanc Estates' behalf. Subscription clients receive a quarterly consolidated report.

OSHA, CDC and the documents auditors actually read

The OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standard (29 CFR 1910.1030) requires every dental practice to maintain an exposure control plan, train staff annually on bloodborne pathogen risk, and document its decontamination protocols. The CDC Guidelines for Infection Control in Dental Health-Care Settings layer additional specifics — surface barriers, environmental infection control, sterilization monitoring.

Most dental practices meet the daily-level requirements with internal protocols. What they often miss is verifiable, auditor-friendly documentation of high-level disinfection between routine cleaning. When the Florida dental board, an AAAHC reviewer, or a malpractice insurance underwriter asks "what is your standard for environmental disinfection beyond surface wipes" — your Blanc Estates compliance certificate is the answer.

Why this matters for specialty practices

Three subsegments of the Miami dental market benefit disproportionately from high-level disinfection:

The team behind the protocol

Marco Nicolini, Co-Founder Blanc Estates Miami
Marco Nicolini

Co-Founder & Managing Director, Blanc Estates Miami. 4 years as Exclusive Amil Care Distributor in the Dominican Republic through Equiesteril SRL. Hospital-grade disinfection delivered with the same protocol discipline used in operating rooms.

Ing. Julio García Puerto, Co-Founder and Operations Director of Blanc Estates, has 35 years of hospital biosafety experience. He is the co-author of 14 official preventive maintenance and biosafety manuals for medical equipment in the Dominican Republic (INFOTEP, ITLA, CERSS, Ministry of Health), an ATP testing specialist with 3M Clean-Trace instrumentation, and the former Exclusive Representative of Amil Care Corp and Technical-Commercial Advisor for Medisystem. Every dental practice intervention is supervised by Julio directly. Read his complete biography.

The Amil Care framework

The Medibios device and Evolyse Strong disinfectant are FDA Class I medical devices. To deploy them in any healthcare setting — including dental practices — under the regulatory framework that gives the protocol its legal weight, operations are conducted under the federal authorization of Amil Care Corp USA, the manufacturer. Marco Nicolini was Amil Care distributor in the Dominican Republic for four years; Julio García was Amil Care Exclusive Representative in the same country. Blanc Estates is the on-the-ground authorized partner. See the partnership framework.

Frequently asked questions

From dental practice owners considering high-level disinfection for the first time.

Why does a dental office need high-level disinfection on top of normal cleaning?
Dental procedures are aerosol-generating by definition. Handpieces, ultrasonic scalers and air-water syringes disperse a fine bioaerosol that settles on every surface — including ones never wiped. Standard wiping is for visible soil. Dry H₂O₂ micro-nebulization reaches the spaces aerosols actually go.
Does this meet OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standard requirements?
Our protocols align with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1030 and CDC Guidelines for Infection Control in Dental Health-Care Settings. We provide written documentation suitable for direct inclusion in your OSHA exposure control plan.
Can the cycle damage dental equipment, electronics or upholstery?
No. Hydrogen peroxide at our concentration and dwell time is materials-compatible with dental chairs, intraoral cameras, X-ray sensors, monitors and upholstery. After the cycle it breaks down into water and oxygen — no residue, no film, no discoloration.
When can the cycle be performed?
Outside patient hours — typically evenings, early mornings or between operating days. Most practices benefit from monthly cycles plus quarterly deep cycles that include HVAC and air-handling registers.
What about pediatric and immunocompromised patients?
These are the practices where high-level disinfection matters most. Pediatric: monthly minimum. Practices serving immunocompromised: bi-weekly or weekly with full ATP documentation.
Will my patients notice anything different?
Two things. They will not smell chemical residue — there is none. And when you tell them your practice undergoes hospital-grade disinfection with ATP verification, that becomes a credibility statement they repeat to their friends.
How much does it cost?
From $300 per intervention for a typical 4-6 operatory practice. Subscription rates available. Written quote within 48 hours of the walk-through.
Are you certified to operate in a healthcare setting?
Operations conducted under the federal authorization of Amil Care Corp USA, the manufacturer of the FDA Class I Medibios system. Blanc Estates is the on-the-ground authorized partner.
